TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR BOOKINGS

To make a booking for a tour your message of acceptance of the date / price and itinerary is enough.

• We do not request a deposit to be paid in order to secure a confirmed booking, but we do expect a call from you, preferably 2 working days before the tour departure or within 10 hours after your arrival in Athens. The office is closed from Saturday 01.30 pm until Monday 09.30 am.
• We require the hotel that you will be staying in Athens, and your arrival details in Athens (day, date, flight).

Cancelling your booking is not a problem as long as the cancellation is at least 4 days before the departure.

In the case of a HOTEL BOOKING the issuing date option of a voucher depends on the demand. If this option date expires without having the voucher issued, then the booking is cancelled.

From the moment the voucher is issued, the booking is secured and any cancellation after that involves penalties.

The same is valid in the case of CRUISE and FERRY bookings.
For HOTEL / CRUISE or FERRY bookings we need a credit card that will be used as a guarantee in the case of non show.
We require:
1) the card number,
2) expiration date and
3)the name of the card holder as it is on the credit card,
